There will also be a cash bar for alcoholic beverages. The club will cover the rest of the expenses. ____________ _________ _________ _________ _________ ______   Please select from the following menu and e-mail your choice to peshina@neo. rr.com by December 30, 2009:   1) Roasted Vegetable Linguini-- Roasted Vegetables Tossed with Whole Wheat Linguini in a Red Alfredo Vodka Sauce   2) Chicken Marsala -- Flour dusted breast of chicken, sautéed and glazed with a wine and mushroom demi glace, vegetable, mashed potatoes, salad, and rolls   3) Pork Chops -- Twin 6 ounce pork chops grilled and brushed with a balsamic apple cider vinaigrette, vegetable, mashed potatoes, salad, and rolls   4) Grilled Salmon -- Norwegian Salmon served with a cucumber horseradish sauce, garden rice, salad, and rolls   5) Strip Steak -- 12 ounce strip steak with onions and sautéed mushrooms, vegetable, baked potato, salad, and rolls   6) Kid's Meal -- Chicken Tenders with french fries     What a great time to unwind from the holiday rush and catch up with friends!  Hope to ski ya there!!!!   < Prev [ Back ]
